File a notice
Send a written notice to dmca@konvert.in that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
Upon a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it if applicable. Repeat infringers may lose access.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@konvert.in with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or removal can create liability under copyright law. Submit notices carefully.
