Editorial Policy
Konvert’s public writing must be accurate, specific, and useful mid-task. This policy summarizes how we produce and review content.

Accuracy first
We do not invent technical claims. Format support, privacy behavior, and limits must match the live engine and tool schema.
When a path re-encodes pages or drops selectable text, we say so in limitations and FAQs.
Uniqueness at catalog scale
Sibling tools may share structure but must not share interchangeable prose. Introductions, FAQs, and limitations should reflect the specific job on that URL.
No filler
We ban generic AI openers and hype adjectives. Content rules live in our internal CONTENT_RULES document and are enforced in editorial validation.
Human review
Generated editorial drafts that need judgment are marked for human review before we treat them as finished. Placeholders must not ship as final copy on live pages.
Corrections
If you find an inaccurate claim, email support@konvert.in with the page URL and the correction. We update pages when facts change.
